We attended a client in Manby, just outside Louth who had bought a brand new Apple iMac M3 and required the files, data and applications migrating from their old iMac which was really showing its signs of age.
Modern Macs only have USB-C ports so a USB-A to USB-C was ordered to connect their devices. Due to a decrease in hard drive space, we have facilitated use of Apple’s iCloud storage to ensure no data is lost and offered advice regarding replacing applications, including Microsoft Office 365 of which we are Microsoft Partners.
The client is now up and running with their quicker iMac whilst Michelle was chatting with them over coffee.
