How can I contact you for support?
We are very keen to ensure that you can contact us quickly and by a method most convenient for you, no support tickets or AI chat bots, just a human being.

Do I have to sign a contract? If so for how long?
Domain names are registered for a period of 12 months. All hosting packages, with the exception of Microsoft 365 mailboxes are on a month to month rolling contract.
I've filled the form in but I have not been asked for payment details?
Once we receive the completed form we will check it and contact you by email to confirm all domain names are available and any queries re hosting packages. Once payment has been made, we will register your domain names and set up any hosting accounts.
I wish to cancel, what's the process?
You need to contact us a minimum of thirty days in writing prior to cancellation for hosting packages. For domain names and Microsoft Exchange 365, there is a minimum 12 month contract and you need to contact us in writing thirty days prior to expiry.
What payment options do you support?
After the initial payment, all hosting packages are automatically renewed with payment collected by monthly Direct Debit. Domain names are automatically renewed annually by Direct Debit. We do not accept payment for hosting by any other means, with the exception of the initial payment by Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
You've registered a domain name but I've made a mistake or wish to cancel?
Unfortunately once a domain name is registered, it cannot be cancelled. To make changes to registrant name, the process varies depending on the domain type and our service providers charge administration fees which we will have to pass on to you.
