We will attempt to fix the problems during the initial call however it is not always possible to fix all issues without hardware or without further examination. So an instant fix cannot be guaranteed. Any additional costs will be discussed with you as and when they are likely to occur. If you do not receive a call within 2 hours, your retainer will be refunded in full.
